Today lunch time walked past a Singapore Pools outlet and saw the jackpot at S$8M, wonder why so high, anyway I bought a system 8 for S$28 and two $1 quick pick, total spent S$30. I don't usually buy, only wait for S$4M or more then buy, then every time after buying always dream of winning the group 1 prize haha, also good to be able to dream, have something to look forward to, but when check never win then sian half. I always like to imagine what I will do if I win S$1M, actually this amount to me is a lot, because I don't even spend much, no other commitment other than the usual bills, flat, insurance, wife and daughter, they also don't spend much, so I don't really need to work anymore and wife and daughter also can maintain same lifestyle. But I don't think I will quit my job immediately, probably work on first, maybe after 1-2 years see how, because sudden windfall needs to be thought about carefully, don't think I will tell anyone, only wife and daughter w

Path of Exile Server Issue

Toto S$5M

Bought S$50 of quick pick, didn't even win anything haha, sigh, thought have chance to win something, oh well. Hope 2021 is better, the virus under control, everybody do our part to continue to keep it under control, but not sure when we can get vaccinated, I think it's not cheap, hopefully there is some subsidy or can use MediSave to pay, I think everybody should get vaccinated where possible. Then maybe try finding a new job after getting bonus, time to move on, getting quite stagnant already. Daughter also going K2 this year, so fast, next year P1. Anyway, Happy New Year to all!

Salty Bet for Some Entertainment

Link  to Salty Bet. Found the website through a youtube video, at first I thought they were playing with real money but actually they playing using Salty Bucks which is a virtual currency with no value. So when you create an account, you get $400 of the virtual money. I think it's pretty good fun to pass some time, if you have nothing better to do at home, maybe you can create an account and place your bets haha.

Logitech G603 Scrolling Issue Came Back, And Fixed Again

Previously I thought the scrolling issue was fixed, but yesterday it came back again, usual symptom is that in long pages when I scroll down all the way it will jerk up a bit sometimes, same for the other way. Seems like the following 3 steps didn't help at all, and my mouse settings on the G Hub keep on resetting by itself, even while watching movie when I pause to surf net the settings also suddenly gone. 1. Installed "Logitech G HUB". 2. Disabled "USB selective suspend setting". 3. Uninstalled "Logitech Gaming Software". So I did the following: 1. Uninstalled "Logitech G HUB". 2. Installed "Logitech Gaming Software". 3. Updated firmware via the "Logitech Gaming Software" to 8.6.28. 4. Enabled "USB selective suspend setting". By the way I'm using Windows 10 Pro 10.0.17134. Now looks like the scrolling is really fixed, keep my fingers crossed.

Logitech G603 Scrolling Fixed

Previous post. I logged a case with Logitech support and they got back to me with some troubleshooting steps, the following seems to have solved the scrolling problem. 1. Installed "Logitech G HUB". 2. Disabled "USB selective suspend setting". 3. Uninstalled "Logitech Gaming Software". The G Hub is a new software to replace the Gaming Software, it offers the same functionality with a new UI but I don't know if it really helped with the scrolling issue. Maybe disabling the selective suspend helped I don't know, or maybe just using Windows 10 helped lol, anyway glad that it feels normal again.

Logitech G603 Scrolling Go Nuts Again!

I replaced the mouse almost 3 months ago, now the scrolling problem come back again, wah this mouse really cannot make it, but to be fair other than the scrolling, everything else is working fine, freaking hell feel like wasted $109, only used for about 7 months, even an $11 mouse also more durable. But wired mouse have one wire quite annoying, then again it is cheaper and more reliable, but the click quite prone to failure, or maybe I click too much.

Regarding Singapore 4D Gaming

Recently talked about 4D with my colleagues, they mentioned that there are 10,000 numbers that's why in Mandarin it's termed as 万字票. That led me to thinking whether it is possible to beat the system. By the way 10,000 numbers range from 0000 to 9999, don't be surprised, 0000 and 9999 actually opened before and quite several times considering the 4284 draws to date. You can check past winning numbers here . So let's say we buy all 10,000 numbers, the chance of winning all 23 numbers will be 100%, however we need to spend at least $10,000. The total prize from first prize all the way to consolation is just $6,590, that means we will lose $3,410. Even if we manage to find 3410 numbers that will never ever open (which is very unlikely, the oddest number also open before), we will still only break-even. And also, it is mandatory to win the first 3 prizes otherwise also end up losing money. Some people try to predict winning numbers by referring to past winning number

1-to-1 Replaced My G603 at Challenger

Overall very smooth experience, no hassle, they just changed it, only question asked was the Logitech support case id and that's it. By the way I lost my receipt and their email support managed to retrieve it for me even though it was purchased more than 3 months ago, just give credit card last 4 digits and receipt price. So I'm very happy with this replacement mouse, actually it's a brand new one, they took the new mouse out of the box and put into my box with the cable, receiver and batteries. My G603 firmware version out of the box: 8.0.17 I'm not going to update the firmware, the version is currently 8.0.17 out of the box, I read online some people get the scrolling problems after firmware upgrade, so since it's already working perfectly I don't see a reason to upgrade. Maybe previously start to have problem is because I upgraded the firmware but then very strange, only after some time then start to go nuts.

Logitech G603 Gaming Mouse Scrolling Problem

I bought the mouse in March this year, initially seems to be working perfectly in fact I love this mouse, it's so precise and no lag despite being a wireless mouse, and the battery life is just incredible, buy until now using only one battery now still have 3 out of 5 bars (can see battery life via the Logitech Gaming Software)! Then don't know when start to have this scrolling problem, when I scroll down it will scroll up a bit, this happens the other way too. It happens when surfing the net, or when scrolling through a text file, especially YouTube, you know now at the main page when you scroll down it will load more videos, sometimes it can get quite bad, just suddenly jerk up a bit by itself. I thought maybe my daughter may have damaged the mouse, you know kids very playful, but the scrolling getting so annoying so I today decided to check online for any software or firmware update, I just download and update to latest but the problem persists. Logitech G603 Gaming Mouse $109

This one totally worth every single dollar, don't feel any lag at all, unlike the cheap wireless mouse I got years ago, play halfway can hang. Note that this mouse a bit heavy, good thing there is option to take out one battery which helps to lighten a bit. The Logitech Gaming Software also very easy to use, can use it to configure the mouse. Just download online. Also comes with an extension cable and two AA batteries.

Won 4D $250 for Being Honest

Monday went to Marina Square and had lunch at Sakae Sushi, bill came and realized they didn't charge me for 2x chawanmushi and 3x takoyaki so I went back to pay. After that then realized there is one more salmon karaage also never charge, lazy to go back again so took it as a discount for me being honest, anyway it's just $2.39 or about $2.80 with tax and service charge so not really a big amount so I don't feel so bad. The guy who seems to be the supervisor said only got people tell him overcharge, I'm the first who told him undercharge lol. Anyway thought I would buy 4D with the bill since it is good karma, end up buying with the wrong bill because on the same day also went to Toast Box to buy their chicken curry, their curry chicken sucks by the way. So I bought 1080, 8090 and 1240, the 1080 open starter and I won $250 lol.

This coming Toto is the one to buy, if nobody win group 1, then it will be distributed to group 2 which is still a substantial amount. This is because last 3 rounds nobody win group 1, so if round 4 still nobody win, then distribute to next group. So today I boldly whack $50, first time ever in my life to whack so much on gambling, if can win then really lucky, have a good feeling but don't know why haha, maybe it's time for me to finally win something significant, I think in my lifetime only win lucky draw once or twice, but the prize is as good as useless.
